We specialize in General Audit for commercial, manufacturing, and service enterprises, building lasting business relationships with clients by analyzing their company strategies and operational principles. We are looking for a
Manager to join our team.
Your future role will involve overseeing and executing audit projects for Polish and international clients, including reviews of individual and consolidated financial statements, consolidation packages (in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards (UoR) and IFRS), and practical application of Polish and international accounting standards knowledge. You will also participate in advisory projects related to accounting and internal control and lead project teams.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing financial statements in an external audit firm.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing audit projects.
- Higher education and in the process of finalization or in possession of professional qualifications (Certified Auditor or ACCA).
- Excellent knowledge of Polish Accounting Standards (UoR) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Readiness for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge and translate it into practical advice and solutions.
- Proficiency in new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Highly developed project team management skills and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in English.
